Prep Work. Just as chefs have their “mise-en-place” when whipping up a five-star meal, you should have your content and imagery ready to go. Sitting down at your computer, and staring at a blank website can be daunting, so do your prep work ahead of time. Gather your mission statement, bio, and other relevant copy into a document, so you’re ready to copy & paste; collect recent listing content, community imagery, and stock photos to plug & play throughout your site. Quality, imagery is engaging and helps tell your story.
Branding. Whether you are creating your brand image from scratch, or part of a longstanding brokerage, it is essential to display your branding throughout every page of your website. bldr Agent Websites will uniformly display your logo on your nav bar, and footer throughout every page. #BlogSoHard. Lastly, before you launch your site, add more original content with an introductory blog post. Not only will this set the standard for a (strongly encouraged) weekly habit, but it will contribute to your organic reach, and database of quality, original content.

With engaging, compelling content, you aren’t just telling your visitors something, you’re inviting them in and showing them your story.
